SOURCE: cafe & eco-catering

The non-profit, volunteer run CwaC service is ONLY available to selected non-profit groups.

However, we have had so many requests from individuals, government and business that we created Source: a commercial eco-catering company (open now) and cafe (opening in early 2007).

Catering
Source is a reasonably priced, professional service for individuals and organisations who want our sort of catering but don't qualify as a CwaC client.

The food and ideology are the same. You still get delicious, sustainable food, custom-created to meet your needs.

The difference between CwaC and Source is that CwaC is a non-profit project and Source is a commercial business which does not use volunteers. Source menus can also include some organic and free-range meat products whereas CwaC menus are all vegetarian.

The difference between Source and your average catering company is the way we source our ingrediants: constantly striving for the most sustainable mix.
