CwaC is currently in recess while we establish Source Foods: our new eco-cafe and sustainable catering company. See www.sourcefoods.com.au if you're interested.

So we are not currently looking for volunteers. However, if you are still interested in the CwaC concept and would like to receive info about upcoming foodie events and opportunities, please contact us and ask to be added to our database.

We are currently calling for volunteers to help out with upcoming events!

Join our team of volunteers for good coffee and great conversation as we crank up the music, roll up our sleeves and cook up a storm.

If you register for our volunteer database and you’ll be e-mailed free updates, info and no-obligation invitations to help out at our forthcoming events.

Then you simply respond if you are interested in coming along.

There is no experience necessary and everyone is welcome.

Important note:
Although we also run a business called Source alongside the non-profit CwaC, volunteers are ONLY utilised for non-profit events for charities / NGOs. Anyone working for Source is paid as a normal employee.

We are opening a cafe in early 2007 and are seeking paid staff.

We want you if you are any of the following…

• a passionate foodie, trained exclusively at the home-dinner-party school-of-catering with pesto runnin’ through your veins
• someone who loves that communal cooking experience and is willing to be paid in leftovers
• a community minded activist interested in a fun, hands-on way to contribute to sustainability
• a raving amateur, keen to learn more about cooking and ethical shopping alternatives for your own life.
