A welcoming, inner-city oasis with delicious food, great coffee and a passion for environmentally and socially sustainable hospitality?

Somewhere you can enjoy a free-range breakfast
grab a quick sustainable lunch,
meet friends for fair-trade coffee
or indulge in some organic chocolate cake?

The key difference between our planned cafe and your average eatery is how we source our food.

So as you eat your meal, you know you’re treating the earth gently, the workers fairly and the animals kindly.

Time for a tea change?

Would you like to help pioneer sustainable hospitality in Perth? We are currently rennovating and looking for paid staff.

From early 2007, we have full time, part time and casual positions available for:

• Cooks (qualifications not essential)


• Baristas / coffee makers (experience preferred)


• Customer service / waiters


• Kitchen assistants / general hands
  

Industry background will be well regarded but is not essential. While we value hospitality experience, all passionate, interested people who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

So if you are a hospitality whiz with an interest in sustainability
… OR a sustainability whiz with an interest in hospitality,
maybe you should talk to us.

Students, parents and others looking for some delicious part time work around their existing commitments are welcome.
