Mimsbrook Farm produces a wide variety of Biodynamic fruit, vegetables and other organic foods. The family farm runs through Community Supported Agriculture which links the public with growers, connecting consumers to the source of their organic food. The grower contracts with a group of consumers like you to provide them with an agreed quantity and variety of freshly picked organic food for the entire season. The consumers agree to pay in advance for the season's output of organic food. Each week over the season they receive a share of whatever organic food is ready for harvest. This arrangement benefits both grower and consumer.

Black Dove collective is a member owned "worker collective" formed in the spirit of helping those who feel excluded by the dominant social and economic systems operating in our cities. It is in embryonic stages at the moment but needs as many people as possible to make the centre a vibrant hub for arts and activism in Perth.

Freecycle Perth - an amazing worldwide e-movement: kinda like e-bay but FREE. Open to anyone who wants to give a local something they'd otherwise just throw away. Whatever it is -- a rug, a CD player, a piano or an old door -- "recycle" it by posting it here. There are daily posts from people giving away their "trash" to become someone else's "treasure". Non-profit groups can join, too but no money is allowed. The Perth group has about 2000 members.
